About

etex is one of the world’s leading private aviation and flight support brands, serving a global audience across FBOs, trip support, aircraft handling, concierge services, and luxury travel experiences.

For the Jetex global website, I led the strategy, design direction, user experience architecture, and development oversight to create a digital platform that reflected both sides of the brand: operational aviation expertise and luxury hospitality.

The goal was not only to redesign a website. It was to build a digital experience that could communicate trust, scale, service depth, and premium positioning in one place.
Jetex Website

My Role

As Creative Director at Jetex, I led the website design from the creative and strategic side, shaping the platform’s direction from concept to execution.

My role included defining the digital experience, organizing the website structure, directing the visual language, shaping the user journey, supervising development, and ensuring that the final website aligned with Jetex’s luxury aviation positioning.

The project was executed with the support of design and development contributor Shahbaz Zubair, who supported parts of the design production and implementation process under the broader creative direction of the website project.

The responsibility was to make sure every part of the website, from the homepage experience to the location pages, service structure, visuals, and technical flow, reflected Jetex as a global luxury aviation brand.

The Challenge

Jetex is not a simple aviation company.

The brand operates between two worlds:

The emotional world of luxury travel, hospitality, privacy, comfort, and experience.

The technical world of flight support, FBO services, airport operations, trip planning, and aircraft handling.

The website needed to speak to both audiences while being mainly lifestyle-driven.

It had to serve aviation professionals looking for clarity and operational confidence, while also speaking to private clients, executives, and luxury travelers who expect elegance, simplicity, and trust.

That balance shaped the entire direction of the website.

The Digital Strategy

The website was designed to position Jetex as more than a service provider.

It needed to feel like a global private aviation brand.

The strategy focused on three priorities:

1. Clarity
Visitors needed to understand what Jetex offers quickly, whether they were looking for FBO services, flight support, global locations, aviation fuel, concierge services, or luxury travel experiences.

2. Confidence
The website had to communicate scale, capability, and operational trust across global markets.

3. Luxury Perception
The experience needed to feel premium without becoming visually heavy or over-explained. The design direction focused on clean structure, strong imagery, elegant movement, and a refined digital atmosphere.

UX Architecture

The website structure was designed around the way different Jetex audiences search for information.

A private aviation client may look for a destination or terminal experience.

An operator may look for handling, trip support, or airport information.

A partner may need global location details.

A first-time visitor may need to understand Jetex as a brand.

The UX architecture organized these needs into a clear digital journey across:

- Homepage storytelling
- Services
- Global locations
- FBO profiles
- Airport information
- Portfolio and brand experiences
- Contact and inquiry flows

The goal was to reduce complexity without reducing depth.

Design Direction

he design direction needed to feel both luxurious but still have technical details.

Jetex operates in aviation, but the brand experience is luxury hospitality. That meant the website could not look like a standard corporate aviation site.

The visual direction focused on:

- Clean layouts
- Strong imagery
- Refined movement
- Clear service hierarchy
- Premium spacing
- Elegant interaction
- Aviation-inspired digital cues
- Luxury lifestyle atmosphere

The final direction was built to support Jetex’s position as a global private aviation brand with a strong hospitality layer.

Development Direction

The website was developed to support a responsive, scalable, and content-rich experience.

The development direction focused on:

- Responsive performance across devices
- Flexible content sections
- Service and portfolio structures
- Global location pages
- Interactive map functionality
- SEO-friendly page organization
- Clean navigation
- Conversion-focused inquiry paths

Throughout the process, I supervised the creative and digital direction to ensure that implementation stayed aligned with the intended brand experience.

SEO & Content Structure

The website also required a clear SEO and content structure.

Jetex serves multiple audiences across aviation, luxury travel, private terminals, flight support, and global services, so the content needed to be organized in a way that supported both search visibility and user understanding.

The structure included:

- Service-focused pages
- Location-based content
- Airport and FBO information
- Portfolio and experience-led content
- Clear internal navigation
- Search-friendly page hierarchy

The SEO direction was not only about keywords. It was about making the website easier to understand for users, search engines, and future digital growth.

Outcome

The redesigned Jetex website became a more complete digital expression of the brand.

It connected aviation services with luxury lifestyle, global reach with local detail, and operational clarity with premium design.

The project helped position Jetex online as a global private aviation brand with a digital experience that matched its physical presence, service ambition, and luxury positioning.
